The message to readers of the March 20 editorial, Keep U.S.-Israel relationship strong, would have carried more weight if not for Jim Morin’s cartoon of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu being portrayed as a “peace destroyer” below.
It’s ludicrous how, for the first time since 1948, a U.S. president has snubbed our strongest ally in the Middle East on a visit to U.S. soil while simultaneously normalizing diplomatic relations with Raúl Castro and company in Cuba.
The odious behavior by this administration toward Congress on the invitation to Netanyahu to visit is characteristic and getting old.
