Adjustment act for all?
In the midst of the heated debate over immigration and the continuation of the Cuban Adjustment Act, Miami’s archbishop has proposed extending the latter to all immigrants. How about a State Department program encouraging other countries to make themselves as attractive to immigrants as the United States has, thereby giving those who want to move to a new country a wider selection?
