Criticism of Israel
Re Stanley Tate’s July 13 letter, “Condemn Roger Waters’ bigoted rants:” Tate wrote that “In accordance with U.S. State Department’s guidelines, the BDS movement’s activities are clearly anti-Semitic.” That is not true.
The State Department website has this listed reference: “Criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as anti-Semitic.”
