Not so bright?
I was astonished to read in the June 26 Herald of the plan to use the I-95 underpasses as art works, “Dreary I-95 underpasses could get Miami-style makeovers with art and light.”
Miami drivers are notoriously bad, and they certainly don’t need any other distractions causing more accidents. Doesn’t anyone in government have common sense?
