Public shut out
The majority of Americans want the Affordable Care Act fixed. The majority of Americans want a universal heathcare plan.
Sen. Mitch McConnell and 12 of his friends have had eight years to formulate a response to what Americans want in healthcare. Now they meet in closed doors and draft a plan with no outside discussion, no amendments or consultation from experts or the public.
What a way to run a democracy.
