Respect all life

Re the June 14 Herald article “Peacock hater shoots bird in Coconut Grove”:

I wish in the future the Miami Herald would refrain from using language such as “peacockicide” and “fowl deed,” when reporting the senseless death of a beautiful animal.

Some of us see nothing funny in this.

All forms of life deserve respect.
