Why is it that many Cubans hate the Castros, but it seems that once any of them get in into elected office, they want to dictate in some way?

Zoo Miami’s Ron Magill wanted to represent the United States, and Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez won’t let him. That’s just wrong.
