Emoluments clause

Donald J. Trump has never put his business empire into a true blind trust.

With his daughter and son-in-law right there in the White House, are people blind to the machinations that go on business-wise behind the scenes?

I wonder, when leaders of other countries are feted at his properties, do the bills go to the federal government for payment back into Trump’s pocket?

With the emoluments clause of the Constitution alone, there should be an ongoing inquiry into what fraud is taking place.
