Response to the May 26 letter “Road-closing havoc:” The writer was upset that the Julia Tuttle was closed after three deaths occurred. What a selfish response to a tragic event!
Would the writer have preferred that the bodies be collected as so much trash?
How would he feel if it had been a member of his family?
This is standard procedure for a death on a roadway.
