Coulter’s ‘gotcha!’
Bravo to Leonard Pitts for castigating UC Berkeley for how it handled the Ann Coulter speech. I almost always agree with Pitts’ perspective.
Freedom of speech, especially at a public institution of higher learning, means that even those with whom we disagree, like Coulter, have a right to be heard. Peaceful protest is appropriate. Censorship is not.
