Falls crime wave

I live in unincorporated Miami-Dade, near the Falls.

My neighborhood has been targeted for the past year by gangs robbing our homes and stealing tires from our cars and leaving the cars on cement blocks. The police come hours later and look around, agree that the house has been robbed and ransacked by a gang of people, and leave.

They do no investigation and there are no police to be seen in the neighborhood.

Where are they?
