For a brief, shining moment I was reveling in state Sen. Frank Artiles’ resignation. Then, I read that David Rivera might be jumping into the fray to replace him.
What have the residents of my district done to deserve this? Who keeps funding this guy? Can’t he just get a job in Opa-locka?
