Artiles in denial

I read about Florida State Sen. Frank Artiles’ ugly, bigoted outburst at the Governors Club this week. I also heard his weak apology. Unfortunately, his apology doesn’t fix the problem. Apologies are cheap.

If he really wanted to apologize, he would do it by getting some psychological counseling to address the underlying cause of his poisonous prejudice toward African Americans.

Of course, first he has to come out of the deep denial about his problem.
