Dividing city lots
Re the March 17 story “Ethics probe clears Miami city attorney in Coconut Grove dispute,” about splitting lots in Coconut Grove: The spirit of the Miami 21 code is clear: Lots cannot be split without a warrant. The letter of the code is also clear. And yet many lots have been split.
It would be so nice if the city of Miami valued protecting residents’ quality of life more than enabling over-development.
