Stadium debt
Miami-Dade County government should file suit to demand 20 percent of Peter Loria’s windfall ($1.8 billion) to pay down the debt of Marlins Park. This would reduce the cost to taxpayers for the obscene bond interest wer are stuck with.
At the very least, a lawsuit could damage his ability to sell the team.
