Mega-mall not needed
Re the March 6 article Largest mall in the nation proposed for Miami-Dade: Fantastic, wonderful. Developers propose to build the largest mall in the United States right here in Miami-Dade County.
The residents of Miami-Dade and Broward counties currently have so few places to shop and the pent-up demand for the opportunity to buy things we don't need while going to an enclosed, air-conditioned beach/ski slope is at the bursting point.
So yes, bring it on ASAP. We need this mega-mall, a cathedral to consumerism, like a hole in the head!
