I cannot understand how Esteban Santiago, who has mental-health challenges, was allowed to carry a gun in his baggage and bullets in his carry-on. There is something wrong with this system.
I was traveling from Florida to New Jersey. I had a brand-new sealed bottle of Crest mouthwash in my carry-on. I had no checked baggage. The TSA person took my mouthwash and threw it in the garbage. But bullets are OK?
