Not so rusty
I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and still maintain a home there. I am now a resident of Florida. The paper continues to use the term “Rust Belt” in reference to my home, the heartland, the Heart of America.
The last time I saw rust in Wisconsin was on the 1982 Chevy Citation I purchased from my mother.
