Trump explained

I see in the news Donald Trump’s surrogates always explaining what he is saying or thinking.

Why can’t Trump himself say what he is saying or thinking?

We need a president who can explain himself. Sometimes, I think Trump doesn’t know what he is saying. Sad, but true.
