Kudos to Armando Salguero for making a point of Colin Karpernick’s hypocrisy. If Karpernick were a sports star in Castro’s Cuba and, to protest the utter lack of human rights in Cuba, took a knee during the playing of the Cuban National Anthem, at best his athletic career would come to an immediate end.
At worst, he would end up in prison. I hope he gives that some thought next time he contemplates espousing the virtues of Castro’s dictatorship.
