Investigate justices

Bravo to Daniel Ruth of the Tampa Bay Times who, in his Oct. 31 column, “Amendment 1 is proof of real rigged election,” identified and named the four Florida Supreme Court Justices responsible for the Amendment 1 shameful boondoggle.

Voters don’t always have the time to investigate a measure already approved to be on the ballot. The state Supreme Court justices are responsible for guarding our rights, and either they became part of the plan to fool us for a price or were not proficient at either the English language or the law they have sworn to uphold.

Shame on justices Charles Canady, Ricky Polston, Jorge Labarga and R. Fred Lewis for going along with a constitutional amendment that would work against the environment and Florida residents.
