Moving the Youth Fair
After reading Barry White’s letter regarding Mark Rosenberg of FIU and the Youth Fair, I was reminded of a letter I wrote to the Herald in February in support of moving The Fair to Homestead.
At that time, Rosenberg personally called to thank me for my support. I found him to be cordial, knowledgeable and extremely committed to the university.
I still believe the Youth Fair needs to move to Homestead, and FIU needs to expand to ensure that our youth have the best educational opportunities available.
