Bill of goods
In June, when the British people voted for the “Brexit” — to leave the European Union — they were swayed by politicians who were making it up as they went along. Two days later, when they realized the economic horror that would befall them, millions of Britons marched in the streets asking to vote again. But, it was too late!
Donald Trump has made numerous promises; but, consider reality: Would a billionaire, who boasts constantly about his money, really care about the average person? What has he done previously to lead efforts to help others? How would a draft-dodger know more than the generals about ISIS? Can you explain why his “brand” products are mostly made overseas?
How does that make America great?
Trump’s rallies are well-choreographed events — a raving audience, triumphal entrances and lots of promises. But there is not any factual content or past performance to suggest that that he can deliver on his promises, besides “Trust me!”
Are you sure that you, too, were not sold a bill of goods?
