Fleeing something in Cuba
Having never been to Cuba, I cannot comment upon Jose Manuel Palli’s comments in his Oct. 27 letter, “Cuban facts.” But it seems to me that Cuban refugees continue to land on South Florida shores. My assumption is that they are fleeing something.
