Consider NPAs

I am disappointed that the majority of Herald recommendations didn’t include the independent or no-party-affiliation candidates. Where I could, I voted for NPA candidates because I think that we need them in Congress. Their swing votes have the potential in order to break stalemates in a do-nothing Congress. In order to express our will, we need to learn more than the two letters D and R.
