Create a better society
People often see homeless people as just that — homeless. Because of that label, people, at times, treat them differently.
As a society, we need to come together and find ways to provide support to people who need it. People can help by donating clothes to local shelters, and food as well. It will will help give families and individuals with essential supplies they need each day.
By donating items to shelters or food banks, we are providing a child the opportunity to go to school with shoes that fit or giving someone the opportunity to dress properly for an interview.
We can also give them emotional support. All we need to do is listen and advocate for people who have little.
Each of us can make the community a better place by changing lives of homeless people one person at a time.
