Close pay gap
I am concerned about the pay gap between women and men. Women’s roles have changed over the years. Many more women are single mothers or the breadwinners in the home. Therefore, their salaries should be raised.
Women are a great portion of the workforce and have all types of responsibilities. Few women are working just to get out of the house; they deserve to get paid what men make for the same level of dedication and their work ethic.
