Another debate
The Miami Herald should be commended for its willingness to host a debate for the two candidates in Florida’s U.S. Senate race. Senator Marco Rubio should also be commended for his acceptance of the Miami Herald debate, and his six-debate proposal to Congressman Patrick Murphy.
I know that in 2016 especially, my vote counts. That is why I am baffled that Patrick Murphy refuses to speak about the issues with Florida voters.
Murphy has repeatedly lied to Floridians regarding his background and now he’s repeatedly denying those same Floridians a chance to hear from him.
Why does Patrick Murphy refuse to debate, and why does he refuse to ask for my vote? It matters.
