Chaotic airport

I have been traveling through Miami International Airport for more than 30 years. Every year it gets more and more chaotic.

I have gone through passport control twice in the last month and have been held for approximately one hour standing in lines doing nothing.

It seems as though no one knows what they are doing there.

It looks like a circus. People yelling and screaming out of desperation.

I hope more people will write to see if they can get their act together.
