I would like to thank all the employees of the Supervisor of Elections for their hard work. Upon moving back to Florida, I re-registered quickly and efficiently. I voted by mail with no problem. I even signed up and got to work with the election people. It opened my eyes to a world of complex preparation for an election.
I think Miami-Dade can be proud that thousands of people work hard with very few glitches in a county with more than a million registered voters. We hear a lot about election “campaigns” but sometimes we do not realize the “election” itself is a massive year-round effort. There are gigantic logistical, personnel and physical efforts, even for the recent primary. Truly an amazing effort. Thank you election people!
