Jeffrey Epstein had a lot of stuff. He had it all, except for this | Editorial

The late Jeffrey Epstein, a wealthy sexual predator with a ton of now-skittish friends in high places, had a lot of material possessions. His estate has been officially valued at $636.1 million, according to an inventory filed Friday in a probate case in the Virgin Islands.

He owned islands and a trust company. He had luxurious homes in France and New York, New Mexico and Palm Beach. He had a 1964 dune buggy and, believe it or not, a more plebeian 2018 Chevy Suburban. He had artwork and jewelry, among the possessions that have yet to be appraised.

Epstein had just about everything a rich guy could want.

Except a functioning moral compass, and a shred of human decency.
