Trump’s promises
“Trust me,” “Believe me,” “Only I can do this.” “Only I can make America safe again.”
Enough already.
A note to all of us Floridians: Our state is surrounded by water. But there was not one word during the whole convention about climate change and the ominous potential disappearance of our precious coastline in the near future.
Even though 2015 was the hottest year on record, we will surpass that record this year.
The Republican platform considers coal a “clean source of energy.” I am sorry to say that Ted Cruz is right: “We should all vote our conscience.”
If you love our country and if you are thankful that we have a planet to live on, then remember the slogan: “Never Trump.”
