Marlins’ pitch count

The Miami Marlins have a new manager in Dan Jennings, but not new management.

Same old policies of changing pitchers by pitch count, not by their performance.

And we have the same old results: loss of games. No argument is needed — the facts are obvious. I have recently heard some sports announcers beginning to question this practice, and I wish others would do so, too.
