Tropical Storm Grace forms off coast of Africa
Tropical Storm Grace has formed off the coast of Africa with 40 mph winds.
There are no coastal warnings or watches in effect as of 11 p.m. Saturday.
Grace is heading west at about 13 mph and is expected to remain on that track and strengthen over the next day, but may potentially weaken by Monday, according to the National Hurricane Center.
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Fred has weakened to a tropical depression and is moving northwest at about 10 mph through the Atlantic with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph.
