Tropical Storm Lorenzo dissolves in the open Atlantic

Tropical Storm Lorenzo, which weakened in the face of aggressive wind shear in the open Atlantic, dissolved Wednesday afternoon.

Forecasters for the National Hurricane Center issued a final advisory for the storm Wednesday at 5 p.m.

There are no other areas of interest on the hurricane center’s map.
