According to the National Hurricane Center’s 5 am Saturday advisory, Tropical Storm Franklin is 350 miles east-northeast of Grand Turk Island and 660 miles south of Bermuda, with maximum sustained wind of 65 mph. It’s moving 6 mph to the east-northeast.
