On Monday at 5 am, the National Hurricane Center issued the last advisory for the remnant system. Cindy has lost momentum and has regressed from a tropical storm to a remnant, with winds of 40 miles per hour.

Remnants of Cindy are 375 miles north-northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 40 mph. It’s moving 14 mph to the northwest.
