Miami-Dade and Broward are seeing heavy downpours stemming from scattered thunderstorms Sunday. So, can South Floridians expect yet another wet week heading into Labor Day weekend?

It also means that afternoon storms could continue throughout the work week.

Tuesday

There will be a 40% chance of rain, and conditions will continue to be sunny, with a high near 91.

Wednesday

The chance of showers and thunderstorms should increase to 50%. Weather conditions, the NWS says, will remain about the same.

Thursday

South Floridians can expect the same weather conditions, including precipitation.

Friday

The chance of rain increases to 60%, with a high near 90 degrees.
