Lanes reopen on SR-84 in Fort Lauderdale after crash shut down roadways
All westbound lanes of SR-84 in Fort Lauderdale have reopened after a Thursday morning car crash caused major traffic disruptions, according to Florida traffic cameras.
Traffic cameras show the crash happened just north of Marina Mile Boulevard near exit 25. A white SUV could be seen crashed into the back of a Coca-Cola truck.
Earlier, the I-95 northbound ramp to SR-84 and the I-95 northbound on-ramp from SR-84 were closed, but they have since reopened. Eastbound SR-84 remained open throughout the incident.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, and a Road Ranger assisted with the situation.
