The eastbound Dolphin Expressway cleared around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday after a stalled truck had two lanes blocked at the Miami River.

This blockage after the Northwest 17th Avenue exit had traffic at stop-and-go all the way back past the Palmetto Expressway to Northwest 87th Avenue.

Other options to consider when the Dolphin aka State Road 836 is constipated are Flagler Street, Northwest Seventh Street or using LeJeune Road to slide up to eastbound State Road 112.
