Drivers who usually use Interstate 95 southbound into Miami-Dade out of Broward or North Miami-Dade got stuck in a parking lot part of Thursday morning when a crash blocked the express lanes just before Northwest 103rd Street.

The situation lasted from just before 8:30 a.m. for about an hour. The I-95 express lane traffic being ushered into the general lanes has exacerbated the usual morning rush hour clog. Once the crash cleared, traffic resumed, but at a slower rate than normal.
