As rush hour began, the cars involved remained in the places they were when they crashed at Northwest 62nd Street and Seventh Avenue.

Northwest Seventh Avenue is closed from 60th to 64th streets. Northwest 62nd Street is closed from Interstate 95 west to Northwest Eighth Avenue.

Take Northwest 12th Avenue or Miami Avenue to get north or south through the area if you don’t feel like dealing with I-95.

On northbound I-95, a 6:38 a.m. wreck just before the Northwest 62nd Street exit had traffic down to one lane for a while.
