A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car on the Palmetto Expressway early Monday, troopers say.
The Florida Highway Patrol has closed three northbound lanes on State Road 826 around West Flagler Street for the investigation. Backups stretch to the Don Shula Expressway.
Drivers should expect delays and seek other routes.
