A multi-car crash shut down a major Broward street near I-95 during rush hour

A multi-vehicle crash around 6:15 a.m. limited traffic on Hallandale Beach Boulevard throughout Monday morning’s rush hour.

Those coming from east of Interstate 95 were forced onto I-95 north as westbound lanes were closed after the overpass. Those coming from west of I-95 were forced onto I-95’s southbound lanes. Emergency vehicles have some exit lanes from I-95 shut down.

Traffic flowed normally again around 10:30 a.m.
