Stormy week ahead for South Florida
This week’s forecast: thunder, lightning and rain.
The National Weather Service predicts temperatures in the high 80s all week with chances of thunderstorms every day.

The probability of thunderstorms drops from 50 percent on Tuesday and Wednesday to 20 percent for the rest of the weekend. Winds will hover around 10 mph all week.
A tropical wave in the Caribbean could bring more wet weather to South Florida in the coming week, although it’s currently aimed west toward Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. The National Hurricane Center gave the wave an 80 percent chance of becoming a tropical storm in the next two days.
