After haircut, a father is gunned down as his young son watches
An 11-year-old boy watched through a Florida barbershop window as his father was gunned down outside the business after getting a haircut.
An arrest was made over the weekend, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
Dontavion Lamar Fleming, 31, was shot while his four children were inside the St. Petersburg barber shop on April 11.
Apparently, he got into a dispute with a man inside a car.
Amid the confrontation, Fleming told his children to go back inside the barber shop.
"There are several business here, this is a very busy street, we don't even know if it was dark yet, so this was a very bold shooting," Yolanda Fernandez of St. Petersburg police told ABC Action News after the shooting.
On Saturday, police arrested Hopeton Johnson, 20. He was charged with first-degree murder.
