A Florida lottery player won a prize worth celebrating — but might not know it yet.

The player bought a Fantasy 5 ticket that matched all the numbers picked in the Aug. 13 evening drawing, making it worth more than $112,000, results show.

The winning numbers: 14-18-19-26-31.

The player hit the jackpot at a Publix grocery store in New Smyrna Beach, a roughly 55-mile drive northeast from Orlando. The person chose the Quick Pick option, meaning a lottery machine randomly selected at least some of their ticket numbers, the Florida Lottery wrote on its website and in a news release.

Fantasy 5 offers tickets starting at $1. To score the game’s top prize, a person’s ticket must match all five numbers picked in a drawing.

As of early Aug. 14, officials said no one had claimed the prize, which totaled $112,856.12. In Florida, the winners of drawing games have about six months to cash in.

Many people can gamble or play games of chance without harm. However, for some, gambling is an addiction that can ruin lives and families.

If you or a loved one shows signs of gambling addiction, you can seek help by calling the national gambling hotline at 1-800-522-4700 or visiting the National Council on Problem Gambling website.
