A Florida lottery player hit the jackpot — but might not know it yet.

The player bought a Fantasy 5 game ticket that matched all the numbers picked in the March 23 evening drawing, making it worth nearly $105,000, results show.

The winning numbers: 5-7-27-28-32.

The ticket was sold in Sarasota, a roughly 60-mile drive south from Tampa. It came from a Texaco gas station on Fruitville Road, the Florida Lottery said on its website and in a news release.

The Fantasy 5 game offers tickets starting at $1. The lucky player won big on a Quick Pick ticket, meaning a lottery machine randomly selected at least some of the numbers. To score the game’s top prize, a player must match all five numbers picked in a drawing.

The Sarasota player — who won $104,774.73 — hadn’t claimed their prize as of 2:45 p.m. March 24. In Florida, the winners of drawing games have about six months to cash in, rules show.

Many people can gamble or play games of chance without harm. However, for some, gambling is an addiction that can ruin lives and families.

If you or a loved one shows signs of gambling addiction, you can seek help by calling the national gambling hotline at 1-800-522-4700 or visiting the National Council on Problem Gambling website.
