Lottery ticket worth over $100,000 sold at Florida gas station. Here’s where

A lucky lottery player is holding a ticket worth a jackpot prize that was sold at a gas station in Florida.

Records show the Fantasy 5 ticket came from a Citgo convenience store in Edgewater, a city in the Daytona Beach metropolitan area that’s about a 60-mile drive northeast from Orlando.

The player defied the 1-in-376,992 odds to win a top prize of $100,660.10 in the Oct. 27 evening drawing, according to the Florida Lottery.

Fantasy 5 players can either choose their own combination of five numbers ranging from one to 36 or have a computer randomly generate them. This player chose their own numbers and matched all five to hit the jackpot, records show.

The winning combination was 1-4-13-29-30, according to the Florida Lottery.

Fantasy 5 drawings take place every day at midday and in the evening.

Edgewater is in Volusia County, which lies on Florida’s Atlantic Coast.
