Tiny houses have been all the rage lately — with their small price tags and the ability to move them anywhere. These little beauties are often between 100 and 400 square feet with the price varying from $15,000 to $100,000 “depending on how tricked-out the space ends up being,” Realtor reports.

But one tiny house appears to pushing the boundaries of cost per square foot. A 388-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom residence has listed for $379,000 in Tampa, Florida.

What?

“Hyde Park single family home, three blocks from Hyde Park Village,” the listing on Realtor.com says. “This small early (1910) free standing home sits on a 32 x 87 lot and is close to everything Hyde Park has to offer. Walk to Bayshore Blvd, SoHo, Amalie Arena or Water Street.”
